Please use the form below to register your table guests for Breakfast with the Chief. Note that each table purchase includes eight (8) tickets. VPD guests of honour will be placed at each table, but this does not impact the tickets you have to distribute.

Please let us know who will be joining your table by April 22, 2025. Guests are not required to be registered all at once – this form can be completed multiple times as you build your table.
