Adopt a Kennel or Stall

The Vancouver Police Foundation is proud to partner with the Vancouver Police Department’s Canine Unit and Mounted Unit to offer the Adopt a Kennel and Adopt a Stall programs. These initiatives raise vital funds to support VPD’s specialized units and officer-led programs that make Vancouver safer for everyone—including the city’s most vulnerable.

By adopting a kennel or a stall, you can make a direct impact on the care and well-being of Vancouver’s four-legged police heroes.

For a minimum annual gift of $1,000 you can symbolically adopt:

  • One of 20 VPD Canine kennels that house highly trained police dogs
  • One of 10 VPD Mounted Unit stalls which are home to the popular and approachable police horses

A customizable plaque placed on the door of your adopted kennel / stall.
