The 2026 VPD Canine Calendar features all 16 of the four-legged heroes from the VPD Canine Unit posing for pictures with their handlers in tactical activities around Vancouver. The calendar is proudly produced by the VPD’s Canine Unit. All money raised goes directly to the BC Cancer Foundation and the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Now in its third year of production, the 2026 VPD Mounted Unit Calendar features Vancouver Police Horses and members of the VPD Mounted Unit visiting many of their regular patrol locations around Vancouver. All money raised from the Mounted Unit Calendar supports VPD officer-led programs funded by the Vancouver Police Foundation.

The Vancouver Police Foundation is proud to partner with the VPD’s Canine Unit and Mounted Unit to offer the exclusive Adopt a Kennel and Adopt a Stall program. This initiative raises vital funds to support VPD’s specialized units and officer-led programs that make Vancouver safer for everyone, including the city’s most vulnerable.
By adopting a kennel or a stall, you can make a direct impact on the care and well-being of Vancouver’s four-legged police heroes. For a minimum annual gift of $1,000 you can symbolically adopt either a VPD Canine kennels that house highly trained police dogs or a VPD Mounted Unit stalls which are home to the popular and approachable police horses.
