The VPD Cadet program exemplifies how support from our donors is helping make Vancouver safer for youth like JP & Fahima.
Meet Jin Peng (JP) Zhou and Fahima Mohibi, two VPD Cadet graduates who represent the many Vancouver youth who have benefited from the life-changing VPD Cadet program. Many Cadets come from difficult backgrounds including single parent homes, recent immigrant families, or homes with violence and abuse. Through the program, Cadets build confidence, resilience and a strong sense of self while also learning valuable life skills like financial literacy, networking and personal safety.
